Amy was born May 19, 1973 in Minnesota. She’s a licensed general contractor. That’s a profession that could be quite rewarding but Matthews did even better. She became a TV star on several real estate related shows. Amy hosted Sweat Equity, Bathroom Renovations, and also Renovation Raiders on HGTV. Fix-it-up projects are her specialty. She has a degree from Boston University and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She’s married. Her husband’s name is Aaron Doering.
