Betsy was born September 6, 1963 in San Diego, California as a daughter of a stock analyst. Instead of pursuing college degree, young Betsy moved to Los Angeles, took acting classes and made some money through waitress jobs. This paid off. Already her second movie was a break through. She played Jordan Leigh-Jenson on Private School and 20 years old Russell had to show up braless in front of camera while riding a horse. A scene her fans probably know very well. She was skinnier than today but her body measurements were already gorgeous.
